I spent $2600 on a set of sofas & had no support from the company when trying to get a refund. Funny thing is, I've never even seen those sofas because they're back in the hands of Settlein & they still have my money. I'm no longer receiving any communication. I placed this order on Oct. 4th 2023. It is now April of 2024. These people are thieves. BEWARE. HORRIBLE COMPANY.
Order placed before August without receiving it! They need to improve customer service. We hadn't commented on the page because we were giving them the opportunity to improve their service, but it's clear that customer service is not their priority!
