Horrible customer service!!
RecommendedThe Settle Inn, Marquette is a great place to stay! Friendly staff (especially Tracey, Cassie & Dylan - thanks!) that go out of their way to help you. We had car trouble after our planned visit and they accommodated us cheerfully. It's a pet friendly place with a nice big area to walk the 4 legged family members. Nice rooms with a spotless bathroom. The pool, whirlpool, sauna and breakfast are a plus. Next time we are in Marquette (with or without pets) the Settle Inn will be our go-to place again!

Disrespectful staff. Got double charged for a room and she told me she couldn't refund me and when asked to speak to a manager she hung up.
Not good to hockey families. Never again, don’t punish all for the actions of few.
