If zero stars was an option… the property manager has zero experience managing anything, let alone an apartment complex. He’s incapable of answering a single question and tries directing everything to his manager, who he won’t give any information on how to contact and won’t reply to emails. His secretary is an airhead who lies to get information out of you, that they don’t actually need, and is illegal to ask. And tries to gossip about other tenants. They seem great at first, but it’s because you’re blinded by the price. Maintenance doesn’t come or if they do, they don’t fix the problem unless you tell the office you’ll call a professional or do it yourself and send them a bill. Nobody keeps their dog on a leash, but I got told my dog can’t lay down while outside. Trying to renew my lease has been absolute hell, finding out the office doesn’t keep any records, and won’t tell you what they need from you until you come into the office, and then it’s one thing at a time. Very nice place to live and office help is very nice.
Discriminates tenants. Harassing tenants out their home. Lease is ridiculous. Tells you how to decorate your home and not picks and constantly sending out absurd notices. You basically better be a super quiet, old person with children that are on their best behavior all the time and it feels like I'm on probation or house arrest. The police constantly called on you for breathing the wrong way all the time here. He was an ex cop so he has police leverage to use that on you any chance he can. I can go on and on.
