It's a nice neighborhood and the kids have made a lot of friends here. Management has been kind with every interaction I've personally had. Our oldest two are on the spectrum and tend to be hyperactive during the day while we are working, so it's great to have friends to play with. We are within walking distance to the splash pad, the local playground/park where the kids play sports, we can walk to the grocery store and the auto shop, the ice cream shop, pharmacy, and even the dentist. It's nice here, and I like how they added solar panels. Plus it's quite and peaceful
If zero stars was an option… the property manager has zero experience managing anything, let alone an apartment complex. He’s incapable of answering a single question and tries directing everything to his manager, who he won’t give any information on how to contact and won’t reply to emails. His secretary is an airhead who lies to get information out of you, that they don’t actually need, and is illegal to ask. And tries to gossip about other tenants.
