I would first like to state that this low review has nothing to do with dental work done at the office or with the dentists or staff. It's CDCP related. I have 100% coverage under the CDCP. Now I know that this doesn't guarantee me to be free from out-of-pocket fees at every dentist. Maybe I could have explained my crappy financial situation better when I called this office and maybe they would have been willing to work with me. I don't know. I had a job with no benefits. Life can be a kick in the teeth as it is, that's why I heartily recommend Dr. Setterington and his wonderful support staff. Yes you'll be safe in the dexterous hands of the dashing Dr. Doug. I've been going to him for ten years without complaint.
Dr. Setterington is a very good Dentist and his team. The entrance is found at the back of the building.
He doesn't take ODSP recipients. I was referred by an acquaintance, so Lidia made an exception. I should have paid more attention to the sketches on the wall, of people suffering. I had a bit of work to be done. I noticed the way he spoke to other patients was different than the way he spoke to me. I felt like I was being scolded, in my late 50's.
