My mother went to the ER at Ascension Seton Northwest hospital this past Saturday . The overwhelming care and compassion from the ER nurse Nicole and the PA makes this a wonderful experience.

I’m 15 weeks pregnant came in with heavy bleeding and stomach cramps. They made me wait 1hr and 30mins before I could be seen. Everyone that walked in after me was already being taken to the back rooms. When I ask why I was told I wasn’t in enough pain they’re taken the most emergency ones first. It’s was only then after 1 or 2 mins I was called ... read more

I hurt my back so much I couldn't move without screaming. I had to call 911 and they took me to Seton Northwest. I mostly saw a nurse, but she gave me a few medicines and prescribed a couple more. I was so afraid they wouldn't work, but a week later I'm feeling much better. I even think I'll be able to take the stairs again soon. I am so thankful and recommend anyone sick and scared to come to this ER.
