I arrived at 3:15 AM and am still waiting to be seen, and it’s 4:40 AM. Was told my security to stop asking . Rotten customer service.
I don’t say this lightly because no one enjoys going to the emergency room, but on this day I had one of the best medical experiences I’ve ever had. Dr. Fuller was incredibly empathetic, kind, and thorough. The entire team kept me in high spirits and helped me through what was a very long and emotionally draining day. I avoid emergency rooms whenever possible and am definitely not someone who seeks them out unnecessarily, which made this level of care stand out even more to me. The staff was nice but seemed very checked out. I didn’t feel like my symptoms were taken seriously. They made me feel like I was overreacting, even though another nurse told me to go to the ER. They didn’t even examine my skin. Next time I’ll go to St. David’s instead, even if I have to pay full price.
