I tried calling this office as soon as they opened because I had some travel issues and needed an emergency refill of my medication. They said they were working on it and I tried calling back at 1:00 p.m. and at 3:30. Both times I was told they were still working on it, But the 3:30 call said that I should call back at 4:00 p.m. to check in.
