We saw Dr. Morog for care of our newborn a few years back. He wrote in the formal medical records that I arrived on time "despite having been told to be 15 minutes early" with my newborn. To be clear, I had never been given this instruction, and I did in fact arrive, sleep-deprived, with my newborn ahead of my appointment time. I enjoy being seen by Dr. Rifino. I haven't had any problems getting in or waiting. My chart is always updated quickly with any results and so far everything has been good.

I advise avoiding Ascension Saint Agnes (Seton Medical Group). I went in for a routine checkup. They had multiple issues with my lab work requests, and took about month to deliver basic bloodwork results. They also made multiple mistakes on my bill and made it just about impossible to resolve them (good luck actually getting a hold of someone in their billing department). This is a poorly managed, and highly disorganized practice.

Make sure you call before your appointment to see if they cancelled it. I drove 40 minutes, and got to the office when they told me my appointment was cancelled. I even receieved a text to check in and everything. Nobody called or left a voicemail. I am highly annoyed.
