Unfortunately this clinic process for an intake takes too long. If you have a cancer diagnose, you’ll die before they get you in. As a patient you will need to do their work by taking the documents to them. Just go to Texas Oncology.
I come here twice a year for my multiple sclerosis treatment, I don’t feel like they swap out the staff frequently, I’ve only seen a couple of new people since starting in the beginning 2022, but I see familiar faces, they’re very friendly, have a great system and great routine and are good at what they do.
I’ve been coming here for chemotherapy and I can’t say enough good things about the staff. Everyone is so polite and helpful and I just love my nurses. Thank you for taking care of me
I have been a patient since 2017, it’s 2023 and thanks God I am alive and still a patient here. I am happy to say I could not have been in better hands. Being cared for first by Oncologist Dr. Malik and then by Oncologist Dr Goodgame, nurse p. Jackie on the 8th floor and on the 7th floor by Plastic Surgeon Dr. Egeland and nurse Donna, as well as other specialists and surgeons. They all have been a blessing to me. My husband had his first Chemo infusion, also first time to use port on 1/20 & suffered an Extravasation injury (chemo went into tissue, instead of vein). He was not monitored as he should have been. No one looked at the site from beginning of the infusion until almost 2 hours later when infusion was almost complete. Patients should be monitored thru out the infusion, checked on frequently. Appears that the majority of the chemo went into his tissue. Had he been checked on at least they would have realized it sooner! Extrava... read more
