Having one pediatrician for all the appointments is just BAD MANAGEMENT and UNPROFESSIONAL. I understand things happen and they might be understandable short staff because people get sick and such but making patients and parents that show up 15 minutes early to their appointment because they ask, wait hours for their appointment on multiple days is no longer an excuse is UNPROFESSIONAL.
front desk representative is very rude and unprofessional save your time go to a office that actualy knows how to talk to their patients it's rediculous what the world has come to run and dont walk when it comes to this office
this is the worst bunch of pediatricians I’ve ever encountered..... I went there with my kids a few years ago told the guy(who I can barely understand by the way, you can barely understand any of them, but that’s not really the point now is it... but indeed, a fact) that we were getting bites.. I said maybe we had bedbugs he said no bedbug don’t look like that and brought out a textbook with pictures of TEXTBOOK bed bug bites. I was like OK he said maybe scabies. so I treated my whole family for scabies. surprise surprise it... read more
Probably the worst place I ever went to. Made an appointment at 8am. Come in and they don't open till 830. The lady at the desk was very rude and told me I couldn't even come back for another appointment. Couldn't make another appointment either. While I was there. I wouldn't give it one star but I had to in order to write this review.
