The staff has no sense of urgency. My son needed preop paperwork filled out and sent over to schedule his appointment further it took them three days and me calling to finally get it sent over. And it seems anytime I bring my daughter with any concerns. It’s no big deal. I’m overreacting and I am now having her tested for Lyme disease, which I spoke about two different times bringing her when I noticed a spot on her head.
Terrible experiences at this location I DO NOT RECOMMEND BRINGING YOUR CHILDREN HERE, very unprofessional and attitudes of employees and front staff, over the phone they act untouchable! It’s the simple request of your children’s records or for a test done and it’s “we can’t do that” we don’t allow that” “ there is no need for it to be done” “you’ll have to fill this out” they are my own children and I can’t have their records sent again to another pediatrician, this staff is nothing but rude and disrespectful, I have been c... read more
Sad sad sad
Having one pediatrician for all the appointments is just BAD MANAGEMENT and UNPROFESSIONAL. I understand things happen and they might be understandable short staff because people get sick and such but making patients and parents that show up 15 minutes early to their appointment because they ask, wait hours for their appointment on multiple days is no longer an excuse is UNPROFESSIONAL.
front desk representative is very rude and unprofessional save your time go to a office that actualy knows how to talk to their patients it's rediculous what the world has come to run and dont walk when it comes to this office
