Jayman Construction team is the worst. Apart from their sales team (Jordan in particular), they are the worst service providers I’ve ever encountered in Canada! When we took possession, the front door wasn’t closing well, nails sticking out everywhere on the carpet, light fixtures not done, wrong dining fixture installed, among many other things. I had a same experience with this case that the old lady blocked me no recording video in the show home since there is no sign 'Do not taking a picture or video' I was a little bit embarrassed !
Jayman is the best home builder in the city.
My husband and I have visited the Jayman home in Seton. We had a pleasant encounter with a young beautiful European sales lady. Very pleasant and professional. But there's another grumpy old lady who doesn't know how to speak or be professional with people. My husband and I visited Dec 28. This old lady snuck up to me upstairs asking if I needed help because I had my phone out recording. I said I see no signs indicating that one couldn't record. She said well she's telling me now.
