Used her for Teledoc. Specifically asked twice if she was calling in the script and she said yes. Waited four hours, called pharmacy twice, sent an email to Teledoc, and called them twice. I was finally told she never sent the script, and am now waiting for call with another provider. Ridiculous.
Used her for MD Live. Refused to listen to all my daughter’s symptoms. Had cold and flu symptoms. Insisted she was having an asthma attack (for a week?) started to explain to me what asthma attack was. My daughter actually has asthma and I knew this wasn’t an attack. Cold and flu symptoms are very different. Probably worst pediatrician we have ever had.
she's the only pediatrician that has put up with me
So incredibly knowledgeable and easy to work with. We are so sad she is leaving
