The appointment went very good. Dr Tabibian was thorough in his analysis presenting detailed responses to specific questions. My wife and I felt extremely happy with his approach.
"We're not going to do anything here for your little cluster migraines" was exactly what one of your staff members said to me on the phone less than an hour before my appointment in October. The staff member accused me setting up my appointment incorrectly through the referral line. Why would my Neurosurgeon send me to a guy who wanted nothing to do with me or my situation and was going to punt right back? I expected to be heard and to receive at least compassionate options - that didn't happen. Oh, and if someone mentions an Xray while they're walking out the door, that offer will float in the ether.... so dont get to tethered to hope.
