My husband was order to have both an upper and lower MRI of his spine performed along with a brain scan after being told bu the nurse practitioner that she really thought they could help him, which finally gave us so much needed hope. We did just that and had a follow up appointment scheduled 4 weeks out to go over his results. My wife spent two days trying to schedule an appointment and because there was a balance of $35 dollars, The woman was rude and condescending. For $35 dollars she refused to schedule or give my wife any information for an appointment. Money first at this place not the health or pain of a patient. The receptionist was equally as rude! What a sad world! Simply ridiculous and unprofessional! I need a number to file a formal complaint!

My advice? Don't go here unless you have at least half of a day to waste. I had a 2:45 appt and arrived 30 minutes prior to that to have all paperwork and such completed. After 50 minutes past my appt time I asked the receptionist how much longer it might be and they couldn't even comment so, I left. Mind you, this experience was after inquiring if the physician was running behind when checking in and being told that he was actually running ahead of schedule.
