This experience is written on behalf of my mother. On first contact Seth had initially seemed to be responsible and reliable. The pool cover was removed and a new filter was installed due to the inadequacy of the previous one. However, Seth knew that the pump had a failing gasket and was running dry due to the vacuum break. He was supposed to return the next day to vacuum the pool and replace the gasket. He went AWOL and the pump again went to dryness and burned up.
