I had a couple of small concerns and brought them up with Seth's Air Duct Cleaning, and that really showed how well the team handles customer care. They responded quickly and made everything right without any hassle. Grant and Brandon came out to fix the issues, and both were friendly, professional, and very thorough with the air duct cleaning work. They kept the area clean, explained the duct and vent cleaning process clearly, and even provided a video showing the results inside the system. It was great to see that level of... read more
I thought I had cleaned the dryer vent, but Brandon handled the full dryer vent cleaning from the roof line to the inside connection and used a strong vacuum to clear everything out. It gives me peace of mind knowing the vents are cleaner for my daughter, who has allergies to dust, pet hair, and mold. David was very friendly and polite, and the whole ... read more
Our dryer was taking too long to dry, so we called Seth's Air Duct Cleaning to clean the dryer vent and check the airflow. david was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. he explained what was causing the blockage, how lint buildup can affect dryer vent performance, and what we can do to help prevent the problem in the future. The service was smooth, professional, and made a big difference right away. our dryer is working much better now, and we would definitely call again for dryer vent and air duct cleaning services.
