With a high prescription (think Coke can lens lol), I am particular with whom I go to. Been seeing Dr. Sethi for 5 years now and won’t go to anyone else. They don’t take my eye insurance, but I don’t care and pay out of pocket. That is how much I trust her. She is super personable and makes you feel like you are the only patient. I am at the age that I need bifocals now and she fit me so well in them. Highly recommend.
They got me in for an emergency appt. and the doctor I saw was very nice and seemed thorough but that’s where the good experience ends. They prescribed a medicine for me which requires a prior authorization. Upon checking after a few days to see if it was in process, I was told by the girl at the desk that she didn’t know how to do it….what? Firstly, how is that acceptable and secondly, you just left it without calling me or finding out how to do it? So then she then tells me she’d have to send it over to the Atlantic City o... read more
