Our experience with Seth was unbelievable. He went well above and beyond what I would have expected from an agent; he was helpful and communicative, he listened and fully met our needs. I don't know that we will be able to find another agent in our new location that will meet the standard of service we received from him, he is truly unmatched in his line of work!
Seth Williams was very professional, listened to what we were looking for and worked to find the right house for us. During closings, he worked with the buyers agent of our old home and the selling agent of our new home to ensure a smooth transition. I would recommend him for the Fort Collins and surrounding areas.

Seth was incredibly helpful throughout the entire home selling experience. He helped consult at the beginning of the process about the work we needed to do in order to show the house at its highest potential. He also navigated a very complicated buying/selling process when the other party seemed somewhat unreasonable.
