I recently purchased a truck from Seth Wadley Ford and had a great experience working with Austin in sales and Chris Trimble in finance. I live about 2½ hours away, and they knew exactly which truck I was coming for, so they had everything pretty much ready to go when I arrived. We did have a small hiccup with some paperwork, but Chris handled it quickly and professionally and made sure everything was corrected promptly. Overall, the process was smooth, and I appreciated the customer service from both Austin and Chris.
