Seth was invaluable in helping us find our home remotely during the height of the Pandemic. We had very little context for the San Diego area, but Seth's insight and guidance proved to be spot towards meeting all of our criteria. We ended up buying our place sight-unseen and Seth addressed all of our concerns with regards a fully remote experience. In the fall 2018 we started a search for our first home. I saw Seth in a video on Facebook doing a tour of a home for sale.
