I've been with Seth Rockey's office for many years. With a recent claim due to hail damage on my home & car, it was quite a process. However, I can't be more pleased with the high degree of good service, excellent follow-up, good communication from Seth personally & from Rachel in his office. My home & vehicle claims were well managed by them & the roofer & car repair companies they recommended. All were professional, helpful, efficient, responsive. Couldn't have asked for an easier process. Exceptional service from all.
