I really don't like it when people review a doctor negatively because of a bad experience because of insurance or that they couldn't get an appointment when they wanted etc. That is clearly not Dr. Reiner's fault. That man helped save my life. He is amazing and very smart. He really does care about his patients and their quality of life. I had anal cancer and had 33 rounds of radiation to my pelvis. Not only did Dr. Reiner go over in detail in every visit I had with him, he never rushed me out of his office. He stayed with m... read more

Office called me back immediately after having trouble getting a hold of my old ear doctor. Went in to get my ears cleaned out, past experiences were uncomfortable bordering on painful. Had a very pleasant experience with Doctor Reiner, who kept the discomfort to a minimum and also kept me laughing the whole time. Very pleasant experience.
He was able to figure out what 9 other doctors couldn't (including another ENT!) Absolutely amazing medical knowledge with a wonderful bedside manor. The nurses, Dawn Marie and Mrs. Kathy at the front desk are just as amazing as he is. Best doctor we've ever seen!
Not impressed at all. Had an appointment booked then they canceled on me then had it rescheduled. When booking the appointment I was asked if I was ok to see a Physician’s Assistant. I said no. Only reason I’m booking an appointment is to see Dr. Reiner. After 45 minutes in the office, who walks in? A Physician’s Assistant. She said the doctor was busy and would I be OK to have her exam me.
