I went to open house he was showing at 2145 about ave Merrick ave July 19 26 . I presented my offer to him and he assured me he would get back to me . I even sent an email thanking him for taking time out to talk to me at open house.3days pass no response I called him to find out why he never responded and he then lied and gave excuses typical real estate agent that has no integrity and only cares about his commission look elsewhere
