We had part of our roof looked damaged in the spring. Seth walked the roof, gave us a couple of options for repair, did the work when he said he would and charged us what he said he would (which we felt was a fair price). Previously we thought we'd needed roof work at another property we own and one of Seth's guys came out and determined it was out attic AC unit, not a problem with the roof.
