Sloppy Seth is what I shall call this review. Seth came referred by a trusted contact and I couldn't have been less impressed with his lack of concern, professionalism and attention to detail. I own a rental property in a LLC and was forced to seek representation by the courts for eviction after filing evictions with damages summons. The paperwork was already filed and assigned to a judge. All Seth had to do was file an amendment for representation and this took him almost a week after I paid a retainer fee of $750 (I was to... read more
