He was always timely and informative in his communication, patient as we looked at many properties, and kept a positive, professional, and fun approach throughout the process. Seth is the best. He will make your home buying process easy and fun! We worked with him over a period of 4 years as we looked at homes west of Lyons and then pivoted to buying a home in Longmont. We made multiple offers and Seth's expertise helped us navigate the ups and downs during that process. The home we purchased needed major repairs which Seth negotiated, and kept an eye on throughout until all repairs were complete. I can't recommend him enough!
Seth was amazing. He knows the market incredibly well and took the time to get to know us too. Every tour we went on felt like he wasn't just our realtor but a friend.
