Seth did an amazing job with the process of us purchasing our home! He was extremely responsive and always kept us on top of things. We were able to have a 2 week closing and he continuously worked to get us exactly what we asked for with the sale. I would highly recommend him. He was a great person to work with.
Seth is not your average agent. His development background sets him apart in his ability analyze data and find unique opportunities. We would not be homeowners if Seth hadn’t found us the right opportunity in a turbulent market. We were very high maintenance and Seth was right beside us to answer each question along the way. His punctuality is truly unique. The Covid boom produced a lot of bad realtors, don’t get yourself in that situation, just work with Seth!
