I arrived at Hackensack Medical Center in November of 1984 with a compression fracture that pinched my spinal cord causing paralysis in my legs after falling from a rooftop. Dr. Seth Kane performed a medical miracle for me by repairing my spine and getting me back on my feet and back to work supporting my family in a short amount of time. Now it is 36 years later and I am still on my feet working every day. I am grateful to be able to say thank you to such a fine surgeon and brilliant man.---Michael Anzalone Jr.

I now live in VA but in the early 90s Dr. Kane did a partial knee replacement that stopped me from being crippled and it was done free by the hospital at that time because I didn’t have the money and I was treated with the best of care. Thank you Dr. Kane!

It took me 28.5 years to write this review, but back in May of 1989, I was 26 and badly fractured my right ankle. Dr. Kane put me back together with internal fixation surgery. Almost a year later, he removed all the hardware from my ankle. I always felt he did a great job and he must have because I'm now an avid runner and specialize in 5K's. I recently broke the 7 minute mile pace - not bad for an old guy with a repaired ankle. Thank you Dr. Kane. Michael Berney
