It's been almost 4 years and I'm very pleased with this practice. The office is great, responding quickly and with dignity to my concerns and needs. But above that is the care I get with Dr. Eappen. He's knowledgeable and professional and compassionate. Since I started seeing him, my mental health has improved drastically. I look forward to continuing an invaluable treatment plan, that works for me. I can't recommend him enough.
I have been seeing Dr. Eappen for about a year and a half now. He is an amazing doctor that is very kind, thoughtful and takes the time to really listen to what you have to say. His staff is also very attentive and I never have any issues booking appointments or filling prescriptions. I highly recommend Dr. Eappen!
I have been bringing my son here for over a year now. Dr. Eappen is like no other doctor around. He is the best. He took a lot of time to understand my son and give him exactly what he needed. I don't understand some of these other bad reviews. I would recommend no other place to take care of my family.
**leaving the original review below, but editing to change my rating, and add that Shawn contacted me promptly to apologize and offered a solution that still allows me to continue my appointments and treatment with Dr. Koranda. It is rare to receive such a response in these situations, but it's appreciated. All of my appointments have been with Dr. Carly Koranda who is wonderful, and has really helped me. Dr Eappen is a great doctor. I have seen three psychiatrists and he is by far the best one. Super smart guy and also listens to his patient, and makes them feel comfortable.
