I recently had some one rear end my Lexus SUV. It was hit really hard by a big truck with a push plate on it. Sent my truck flying while I was driving. Good news is no one was hurt expect my SUV! I did not it any more. I thought it was totaled & wouldn't be safe any more. The insurance company said it was fixable. I left it in the hands of Setauket Auto Body after checking them out. Auto Body Shop Re-scratched My Bumper – I brought my car in to get fixed in January. My car was rear-ended and the bumper was damaged. When I went to pick it up after being told it was fixed (and after I had dropped off my rental car from the insurance company), I saw a scratch in the "fixed" bumper. At no time did Setauket Auto body apologize. At not time did they offer to get a rental or at least a ride to my next destination.
