Great owners
My son and his wife have been trying to call this place for the last six weeks to pay for their storage but nobody answers the phone and nobody returns their calls. They had not been able to access their account online, neither. Finally, today they were able to access their account. Set Storage did not give them the promised discount on the second month's rent, charged them a late fee and Set Storage has changed them a lock out fee. We found ourselves in dire need of a storage unit on Sunday when we realized that we wouldn’t be able to fit all of our stuff in our vehicles for our move out of state. We were relieved to find a place with 24 hour access that we could use. It processed our payment, we loaded everything up to take over and the passcode in the email we got didn’t work. The security between storage units is really weak there is a real thin piece of sheet rock that's not even screwed down all that good. You shouldn't be able to go through the wall into someone else storage unit. Especially paying 65 a month for a 10*10
