Please beware of the pricing practices and security deposit policies before booking. I was originally quoted $850, but when the contract was sent, the total came out to $1,650 after adding the $500 security deposit, $150 cleaning fee, and taxes. The cleaning fee only covers “basic sweeping/mopping,” so guests are required to fully clean the venue themselves using a provided checklist.
