Customer Even though i had an appointment, i still had to wait 30 mins before the doctor saw me. I think they are pretty expensive.
Jayne B We have been going to the eye botique for many years and had nothing but great service. The eye doctors are very friendly and knowledgeable. Their office is clean and pleasant, and they have a fairly good selection of frames.
Will NEVER return!!!!! Unfortunately my experience there was absolutely horrific! Knowing that my vision benefits would be greatly reduced for 2009, I went in in early December and was told that my contact lenses were ordered and I would be able to pick them up within 2 weeks. Since it was the holiday season, I figured I would give them a little more time. Recently visited and taken care of right away ! I recently took my son in for his prescription to be filled. We were looking for Flexon glasses and since they had adequate frames to choose from, my son found a pair that made him smile bigger than he ever has with a new pair of glasses (he is almost 11). We were taken care of by a lady named Treresa M who was very knowledgeable AND with and awesome professional personality. Friendly staff and very easy to find new glasses I made an appointment to have my vision checked with Eye Boutique. The doctor was very nice and made me feel at ease. The staff that helps you pick out your new glasses really gave me honest opinions on which frames flattered my face. I plan to go back next year when it is time to get my vision checked again.
