I live through the woods near this upcoming development, and I am not often bothered by noise. However, lately, the workers are blasting music in their trucks so loudly that it drowns out the sound of heavy machinery and rattles my house. Nice homes on large lots. New community going in and it's out away from the hustle and bustle of tourist areas but still only 20 minutes from north myrtle beach area when you need that beach day to relax and unwind.
The agent was very helpful and NOT your typical pushy type if you know what you mean
