My review is for the Nerf Party We took 14 boys, ages 12-13 years old. They had an absolute BLAST! Ryan and Mel, were very professional with the adults, but made the games fun for the kids. The kids played several nerf based games, there was a plethora of nerf guns, and space to have cake, snacks, and presents. Overall, it was a fantastic event and great for birthdays!

My son regularly attended parkour classes here as a middle schooler and continued into high school. Most recently he took the teen/adult class and loved each session’s challenges and the camaraderie with young and old(er) classmates. The owner, Diana, has always been welcoming, kind and supportive. Moreover, her talented coaching staff teach in a patient, encouraging, and safety focused way. My son enjoyed each class’s particular challenge. I recently took a few flip classes at Sessions and had a great experience. The facility is spacious, well-equipped, and clearly designed with safety and skill progression in mind. The instructors are not just impressive athletes but also talented teachers; our coaches were attentive, careful, and great at explaining techniques. An amazing family owned business. Diana and Angel are incredibly sweet and have been taking care of my family for years. My sons have grown and learn so much at Sessions Parkour.
