We’ve been renting from Remax for over eight years. While sometimes things have taken a while to be fixed, I know it’s not always on the property management company, but the owner. We have had two issues in the checks clearing the bank due to fraud, because of this we can’t pay online and only with a cashiers check which is super inconvenient. Other than that , we haven’t had any issues.
Very responsive to questions and returning phone calls regarding rental availability. We didn't end up renting, but they were pleasant to do deal with.
SLUMLORD ALERT Absolute slum lords(pictures attached). These people want almost $10k, while keeping the deposit, for the house apparently being dirty after tenants moved. There are receipts for a cleaning service that did the entire house top to bottom. The roof was collapsing all throughout the house for over a YEAR! Not to mention more than half the garage ceiling already collapsed. Tenants also went 6 weeks without AC during the florida summer due to a refrigerant leak. Price gouging
very disappointed bad service. kept telling me what i needed to give them to rent a home. then when i did kept changing it and telling me i had to get a co signer when me and my husband BOTH gave them what they asked for. said that we were approved then turned around and said that we were not approved 4 hours later. do not recommend AT ALL
