Unfortunately I had many issues that I have documented with Remax throughout my lease with them from 2019-2024. To include but not limited to, major issues on move in day. I had a list of items broken to include water heater, fence gate, closet door not installed that was just laying on the floor, leaking sink, as well as over and stovetop not working. We’ve been renting from Remax for over eight years. While sometimes things have taken a while to be fixed, I know it’s not always on the property management company, but the owner. We have had two issues in the checks clearing the bank due to fraud, because of this we can’t pay online and only with a cashiers check which is super inconvenient. Other than that , we haven’t had any issues.
