Do not let them service your vehicle. I brought my car in for a recall, and they completely curb rashed my rims. When I brought this to their attention, they said they needed to call a specialist. They kept my car for an entire day and “repaired” the damage by spray-painting the rims. They got paint on the tires, and the finish doesn’t even match the other rims. Such a joke. Save yourself the trouble.
I moved to the area a few months ago and I just took my Lincoln to Sesi Lincoln for my first service since moving here. I am impressed!! The service advisor area was as neat and tidy as I have ever seen in any dealership anywhere, unlike almost all I have ever experienced elsewhere with service advisor areas that look like a cyclone just hit them. Sesi Motors really treat you with respect and cares about how you feel about your vehicle issues. VIP like treatment with pick up and return of my vehicle with loaner vehicle provided until repairs were completed over the weekend. Professional and knowledgeable technicians fixed multiple issues with my Corsair the first time on time. Many thanks again.
