Lied on my chart about exams did not do, only felt my ovaries, did not do anything else besides that - wrote they felt my stomach and bladder and gave real gyno exam but did not. Wrote that I do not experience peeing issues but I told them otherwise in appointment. Did not touch my thyroid or neck but wrote on my chart they did and everything is normal. they only touched my armpits, lied about symmetrical breasts, never been that way, it's glaringly obvious.
