Worst experience ever. Have been waiting for my order tracking number and no one can give it to me. Order was suppossed to arrived one week ago. Horrible experirnce!!!!!
Have been trying to get warranty replacement LED lights for nearly a year now with no sucess. Each time we are actually responded to there is a new hoop to jump through, and the information that was asked of us prior is not enough. Finally we were asked for building plans, which we provided. The rep did not read them, and asked for information that was clearly on the plans. I responded with the information, and it has been radio silence since. UPDATE: They reached out directly and send me the quote I wanted. Maybe the first email I had sent to was not the best guy to deal with, but clearly the company wants to take care of this.
