Several years ago, Sesame used to be my husband and I's go-to spot. The service was wonderful, the food was delicious, and the craft beer selection was pretty extensive. Since, it has undergone several management changes and just continues to go downhill. We went to the West Ashley location yesterday and were surprised to see almost all new staff, and more changes to the menu/beer list (again). Our bartender/waiter wasn't very friendly at all, and our food wasn't very good. I used to love it so much there, but I doubt we wil... read more

I saw the post that week about the new “Burger Happy Hour” and was very excited to come back to Sesame for one of your delicious burgers. My husband and I just had our first child 3.5 mo ago, so we are always looking for local places to eat where we can bring her during earlier dinner hours and, of course, not break the bank. Tonight at the Mt P location, there was a “burger of the week” deal being advertised I was particularly excited about - a blackened turkey burger with queso and guacamole. However, when it came time to ... read more

Best burger place in town! I love the freedom to choose all the toppings I want and love your creative flavor profiles. You make the most delicious burgers in Mount Pleasant. Something for everyone - meat lovers and vegans. You have a great shake and beer menu too.

Went to eat at the Citadel Mall location today with my husband and kids, waited for 30 minutes after being told 15. My kids were starving so my husband got them nuggets from chick-fila, they had finshed it all except 3 nuggets in a box. We walked in and they saw my daughter's nugget box in her hand, and told us they wouldn't seat us. They had a no outside food "policy" which isn't true because I have been there several times and seen plenty of parents pack food and bring bags of chick-fila. We had one box! The most ridiculou... read more

Sesame used to be one of my favorite, local places. We hadn’t been in a while and stopped in for lunch this weekend. The menu changed again. They didn’t have half the things I asked about, including balsamic vinaigrette for a salad?? The prices were crazy high and quality has gone way down! We won’t be coming back any time soon. Y’all should really look at your original menu including content and prices. It doesn’t look like I’m the first person to mention this either. Sad to lose high quality restaurants in West Ashley.

Came in to Park Circle on New Years Eve afternoon for a late lunch. Service was fantastic and food was incredible! Great craft beer list as well! Thanks to their holiday give back, our lunch was on them! Can't wait to check out some of their other restaurants as well!
