I engaged Vince from SESA to come out and do some indoor air quality testing at my residential property. At all times prior to, during and after the testing was conducted, Vince was incredibly professional, thorough and helpful in answering any questions I had. Very happy with his service, the report and the transparency regarding the fees charged. Would definitely recommend SESA and would use them again without hesitation.
I am very disappointed with the service provided by SESA. They prepared an Asbestos Survey Report for my property stating that no asbestos was detected. This information turned out to be incorrect, as asbestos was later found during demolition works. As a result, our demolition and construction were significantly delayed, causing unnecessary time loss and additional costs.
