Vince & the team are excellent, report came on time, communication is great and everything is very transparent.
Thank you for Vince's professional service and report. I am relieved no asbestos was detected in the damaged wall panel. To me, for peace of mind, this inspection, lab report and other recommendations, were certainly worth while. Asbestos Awareness, especially when maintenance work in older homes is needed, is very important. I have no hesitation in recommending SESA and Vince to family and friends.

I engaged Vince from SESA to come out and do some indoor air quality testing at my residential property. At all times prior to, during and after the testing was conducted, Vince was incredibly professional, thorough and helpful in answering any questions I had. Very happy with his service, the report and the transparency regarding the fees charged. Would definitely recommend SESA and would use them again without hesitation.
I am very disappointed with the service provided by SESA. They prepared an Asbestos Survey Report for my property stating that no asbestos was detected. This information turned out to be incorrect, as asbestos was later found during demolition works. As a result, our demolition and construction were significantly delayed, causing unnecessary time loss and additional costs.
