I was very impressed with the way Ryan Lentz handled our transaction. We were in a difficult spot trying to sell a property in need of some repair work while living out of state. Ryan helped line up and manage some repair work, assessed the market and helped determine an accurate listing price, and did an excellent job managing the negotiation with the eventual buyer.
