Very friendly staff! I have been using Connectfirst for 30yrs and had to drive into Calgary all the time to do my banking. I went into Servus the other day and needed assistance and they were able to assist me right away! Servus is in my opinion way better than Connectfirst (I know they have merged) i just find the service is so much better than most Connectfirst branches.

Great experience ! Walked into my branch after work on an afternoon hoping a financial advisor would see me. Sarah took me right in ! Made me feel so comfortable and talked me through all of my options. I wouldn’t be purchasing a new vehicle on my own without her and Servus Airdrie ! Can’t recommend enough.
Recently we just had Dennis and his team assist us with the purchase of our new property. He was very helpful and informative on all the financing details, Dennis went above and beyond to help . He made it very simple for us to finalize the deal. Dennis walked us through and explained everything, they treated us like a friend and not a customer . Couldn't be more happy .. thanks again! 10/10 recommend
