I wouldn’t even give one star. My son was who is profoundly disabled was stole from, neglected of food and cleanliness. And suffered a broken tibia. I went to visit my son and there was no staff there, he left “to go get something to eat.” My son’s tibia was broken and of course noone knew anything. His belongings were stolen, his clothes, personal hygiene products, and even his food and drinks I would bring for him. Very caring and professional staff. The time and care taken with my son has been a game changer for me. The owner is very hands on and its clear they really care about their clients.
