Today after having a pipe burst in the ceiling of my basement and flooding both a finished a non-Finnish portion of the basement I had to reach out to SERVPRO for restoration services. Employee Blayne Cianci along with his helper responded to complete the services needed. .From start to finish the service was EXCELLENT! Prompt and Professional Service all around.
The duo (Labon and Jose) that came out to pump my flooded basement were both, extremely pleasant and efficient. They finished the job right at the time that they estimated they would finish, went over everything that was done to fix everything, and were off to the next job. I would definitely recommend Servpro for anyone else with a flooded basement emergency.
Jaime and his associate arrived in good time. He walked be through the entire process before, and during their remediation work. Jaime found more damage after doing a more thorough inspection than I had done. Their cleanup was top notch and spotless by the time they were ready to leave.
