Servpro Team Wall has been an exceptional experience. They have communicated each step of the process with me and been incredibly helpful since our basement flooded over the weekend. Within a few hours of initial contact, we had a team of Servpro experts bagging items, cleaning water, setting up fans and removing wet drywall. From start to finish, Team Wall has been an invaluable help during this stressful time.
Labon and Jose were on-time, efficient and very knowledgeable and courteous.
Brad and his team, Kevin and Raynel, did an outstanding job. Brad carefully reviewed the work to be done with us and answered all of our questions. Kevin and Raynel were pleasant, respectful, and performed excellent work. When they were done, they cleaned up after themselves. It truly looks as if the leak had never occurred. Brad came by to review the work done and to ensure that we were satisfied with the results.
Jaime and his partner were great. Jaime walked me through the clean up process of a water leak in our basement and was very kind. They removed the bagged up wet carpet and items as well, which we thought we would have to do. Highly recommend!
