Jeremy and Chad did a fantastic job addressing a water damage issue in our bathroom. They were incredibly polite and respectful of our home throughout the process. The bathroom had recently been renovated, and aside from the tile and tub, everything was brand new. Jeremy and Chad skillfully removed all necessary fixtures—except the bathtub surround—with great care. The best customer service I've received in a long time! I had a problem with a fiberglass mattress in my sons' room, and this whole thing happened early Sunday morning, and they were still able to help me with my problem. Jeremy and Chad came to my house to help me, and I am grateful for the service. They were very friendly and very professional in their work. I highly recommend Jeremy and Chad, they are the best.

Best customer service I've encountered in a long time! Had a little disaster with a mattress being ruined by someone staying in my guest room for a few months...Cigarette smoke stink! It is a Tempur-pedic mattress and I was afraid it was going to be permanently ruined. Such an amazing group of people! We have had them out twice now for flooding and they go above and beyond with their customers! I feel like I could trust them with any project! Will for sure be using them anytime we need demo or remodeling. When we flooded this time I told insurance I wouldn’t use anyone but Servpro of Yakima! I trust them so much I was like, house is unlocked just go do your thing!
