Best customer service I've encountered in a long time! Had a little disaster with a mattress being ruined by someone staying in my guest room for a few months...Cigarette smoke stink! It is a Tempur-pedic mattress and I was afraid it was going to be permanently ruined. Such an amazing group of people! We have had them out twice now for flooding and they go above and beyond with their customers! I feel like I could trust them with any project! Will for sure be using them anytime we need demo or remodeling. When we flooded this time I told insurance I wouldn’t use anyone but Servpro of Yakima! I trust them so much I was like, house is unlocked just go do your thing!
We had a water leak and so glad we called them! Very knowledgeable and friendly. Best communication ever! We are very impressed with their team and we are only 1/2 way through! I am hoping to rate this way again when they are done!
Jeremy and Chad came to my home to do a estimate on mold in my home they did a very good good thrall job explaining to me what was going on and what was going to be the process to fix the problem in my home.
I have a leaking skylight and Chad and Jeremy came out the same day they received the message from my insurance company. They were professional and knowledgeable.
