They explained every aspect of my situation, the damage that was done, what they needed to do, and the process they were going to go through for mitigation. The main water line into our home broke from the coupler unloading hundreds of gallons of water into our first floor. Fortunately, we were home and able to turn off the water (at the street) to prevent any further damage. Our first call was to ServPro Yakima who, without any hesitation, sent a crew (Jeremy & Salona) within 2.5hrs to begin the remediation process. Wow! I honestly can’t say enough positive things about this company! From the moment I called in tears, Sheilah calmly explained that they would do everything they could to take care of us and our flooded house.
