Would not recommend working with this business. Recently had a sewer pipe burst under our house with major sewage back-up and consulted this business for work. Was warned by our insurance that they have had prior issues with this company but decided to go forward with them anyways. Fast forward two weeks, with approval from our insurance called in for an update regarding our service. The receptionist is absolutely lovely by the way, very nice and kind. Servpro is a very professional company which i would highly recommend for any home water damage clean up, fast friendly and efficient.
How to give Servpro a good rate because the owner said in order for me to cut my bill down for all the mistakes that they've called with burning out my electric and stuff he said the only way I would get my money back was to give him a good review I would not recommend them they blew out my power and my house and I had to replace it all Servpro is a terrible place they take forever to get things done it took a ton of time they are so slow in cost outrages so for that review I give them a no stars thank you and do not call Se... read more
They stole so many things. They allowed what little I had left after the fire to sit in water on my garage floor. They stole items that were outside that had nothing to do with the fire like my Smoker. If you use them like I had to because my insurance company picked them, remove what you want to keep right away. I did report it to my Insurance adjuster Don Gemmell Farmer Insurance.
