A pipe burst in my home in October of 2023 and in November of 2023 Jeff Fields from SERVPRO of Winooski visited the property. He was nice enough and took moisture readings all over the property. It was determined that a substantial amount of moisture was in the sheetrock. Fast forward 10 months later and nearly a dozen calls with Jeff in which he promised he would send a moisture reading report so that I can move forward with my claims process. We loved working with Bill Johnston of SERVPRO for our water damage situation! We had a roofing disaster during which the roofing company took the entire roof off of our house on a day with torrential storms - water was coming through the light fixtures and into every ceiling. The first water mitigation company we called was able to come evaluate, but couldn’t come set up water mitigation at a time that worked for us. Bill and his team responded quickly and were informative about the process. They checked in several times to measure progress and have more specialized tools which saved us from having to rip up more flooring. I would use this team again.
