We had basement seepage in Winnetka that was non-urgent and called ServPro while it was happening. Jose answered during late hours, reassured us that we’d be ok and showed up first thing next morning to get a solution in place. The quote was reasonable based on calling other vendors and they started within a few hours to remediate potential damage. I’d highly recommend this team.

We chose this location over other closer Servpro franchises and other competitors and we have zero regrets. Eddy, Jose, Bart and team were great to work with. They helped to recover our basement after a sump pump failed. They were faster to respond and didn’t make it feel like a sales pitch that we felt from other places. They did an incredibly thorough job and went above and beyond

Jose and Johnny did an amazing job on my basement! They really tackled the moldy flooring that was damaged by sewer water. They completely gutted everything out and thoroughly treated all the moldy spots. I can’t recommend these hardworking guys enough!

I worked with Jose when dealing with a small mold issue from a bathroom plumbing leak. He was easy to work with, knowledgeable, thorough, and walked me through the entire process. He strongly recommended I work with an independent mold testing company both before and after his remediation to ensure efficacy, and I really appreciated that. He cared deeply about ensuring that all mold was removed.
