Servpro first came into my life last March, when there was a fire in my three-story rental building. What ensued was nothing less than a full demolition of the interior, including multiple dumpster loads of sodden and noxious building materials. Servpro was there and did an amazing job with demolition, drying out and emotional support for me and my dog! Don't bother wasting your time! If they're not interested in the job, they won't bother even returning your phone call to tell you. I had Raquel tell me to send her an email, and all my emails were ignored, and they didn't return my phone calls. If they're this unprofessional on the phone, I don't want them in my house!
