Be careful. Our dishwasher leaked and they came out. They placed two dryers on the wood floors to dry it out. This was great, however we asked over and over how much it cost and they wouldnt or couldnt tell us. They then put a person on the phone that the dryer is around $50 per day and the mat heater was about $125. He came out later in the day to check on the site and said the same thing to our face but had nothing in writting even though we asked for it. This company, which manages a large apartment complex, was responsible for cleaning a storage unit. I was present during the cleaning process. While most items were cleaned, furniture, electronics with wooden components, and cardboard items that were contaminated with mold were deemed unsalvageable and discarded. The report submitted by the company regarding the loss of my belongings in the apartment complex does not accurately reflect the situation.
