Kelly McQueen likes to belittle people and degrade them over something they no control over. My insurance company has been handling everything and she wants to call me and talk to me like a child. Please if you are needing emergency services, choose a different company.
Of course it’s unpleasant when you have water damage inside your home but Pedro and his staff responded immediately. The entire process has been professional. Pedro was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend him and his staff.
