I’m not sure where to begin and where to end - Servpro was full of knowledgeable, talented, and respectful Individuals. Specifically, this goes out to Ethan, Luis, and Kevin. 1. They show up on time. Seems a little weird to post but in a world where you need to make yourself available from “3am and 9pm all of April” with other companies, it’s nice to schedule 1p on Monday and they show up at 1p on Monday. 2. This team has been very pleasant to work with. Everyone has been friendly and very informative. Paige has been very present and helpful. Thank you! DJ and Josh did not come short. They were friendly. Explained everything thing and answered any questions I had. Very reassuring about the process. I was anxious about the process but this team has calmed my concerns. Very pleased thus far!!
DJ & Ethan were knowledgeable —they knew what needed to be done to address water issues in my home. They were both very nice too. A great team.
